John F. Kennedy Jr.

was born on 11-25-60 at

12:22 AM in Washington, DC.

Carolyn Bessette Kennedy

was born on 1-7-66

They were married On September 21, 1996

The world mourns the loss of the only son

of our late dear President Kennedy.

In addition to the loss of John Jr. and his lovely wife Carolyn..........

Lauren Bessette was with them as well.

My heart bleeds for the parents of these two beautiful young ladies.

We send our deepest prayers to The Bessette Family

who has to endure the pain of losing two daughters.

We all mourn this Tragic loss. And pray for your strength.

Prayers and Love go to The Kennedys.

I am home in Heaven, dear ones;

All's so happy, all's so bright!

There's perfect joy and beauty

in this everlasting light.

All the pain and grief are over,

Every restless tossing passed;

I am now at peace forever,

Safely home in Heaven at last.

Did you wonder I so calmly

Trod the Valley of the Shade?

Oh! but Jesus' love illumined

Every dark and fearful glade.

And He came Himself to meet me

In that way so hard to tread;

And with Jesus's arm to lean on,

Could I have one doubt or dread?

Then you must not grieve so sorely,

For I love you dearly still;

Try to look beyond earth's shadows,

Pray to trust our Father's will.

There is work still waiting for you,

So you must not idle stand

Do your work while life remaineth--

You shall rest in Jesus' land.

When that work is all complete,

He will gently call you home;

Oh, the rapture of the meeting!

Oh, the joy to see you come!

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Psalms 23:4

The Will of God

The will of God will never take you,

Where the grace of God cannot keep you,

Where the arms of God cannot support you,

Where the riches of God cannot supply your needs,

Where the power of God cannot endow you.

The will of God will never take you,

Where the Spirit of God cannot work through you,

Where the wisdom of God cannot teach you,

Where the army of God cannot protect you,

Where the hands of God cannot mold you.

The will of God will never take you,

Where the love of God cannot enfold you,

Where the mercies of God cannot sustain you,

Where the peace of God cannot calm your fears,

Where the authority of God cannot overrule for you.

The will of God will never take you,

Where the comfort of God cannot dry your tears,

Where the Word of God cannot feed you,

Where the miracles of God cannot be done for you,

Where the omnipresence of God cannot find you.

Good men must die, but death can not kill their names

---Proverbs

Their Journey's Just Begun

Don't think of them as gone away,

their journey has just begun.

Life holds so many facets,

this earth is only one.

Just think of them as resting

from the sorrows and the tears,

in a place of warmth and comfort,

where there are no days and years.

Think of how they must be wishing

that we could know, today,

how nothing but our sadness

can really pass away.

And think of them as living

in the hearts of those they touched

for nothing loved is ever lost

and they were loved so much.

Ellen Brenneman

Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace.

Where this is hatred, let me sow love;

Where there is injury, pardon;

Where there is doubt, faith;

Where there is despair, hope;

Where there is darkness, light

And where there is sadness, joy.

O Divine Master,

grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled

as to console;

to be understood as to understand;

to be loved as to love.

For it is in giving that we receive;

It is in pardoning that we are pardoned,

and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.

Do Not Stand and Weep

Do not stand at my grave and weep.

I am not there.

I do not sleep.

I am a thousand winds that swiftly blow.

I am the diamond glint

on newly fallen snow.

I am the sunlight

on ripened grain.

I am the soft and gentle autumn rain.

When you wake from sleep in the early morning hush,

I am the swift, uplifting rush

of quiet birds in circling flight.

I am the soft, starlight at night.

Do not stand at my grave and weep.

I am not there.

I do not sleep.

"He Himself has said,

I will not in any way fail you

nor give you up

nor leave you without support."

Hebrews 13:5

May your troubled heart

find peace and comfort in the knowledge

that you are never alone.

May God's presence ease

your trembling spirit and give you rest.

He knows how you feel.

He is ever aware of your circumstances

and ready to be your strength,

your grace, and your peace.

He is there to cast sunlight

into all of your darkened shadows,

to send encouragement through the love

of friends and family, and

to replace your weariness with new hope.

God is your stronghold,

and with Him as your guide,

you need never be afraid.

No circumstances can block His love.

No grief is too hard for Him to bear.

No task is too difficult

for Him to complete.

When what you are feeling

is simply too deep for words

and nothing anyone does or says

can provide you with the relief you need,

God understands.

He is your provider --

today, tomorrow, and always.

And He loves you.

Cast all of your cares on Him...

and believe.

Good night! Good night!

Far flies the light;

But still God's love

Shall flame above,

Making all bright.

Good night! Good night!

(Victor Hugo)

To be absent from the body is to be present before the lord.

Corinthians

"I am certain that after the dust of centuries has passed over our cities, we, too, will be remembered not for victories or defeats in battle or in politics but for our contributions to the human spirit."

- former US President John F. Kennedy

We have lost three people who have demonstrated Grace, Charm, Intelligence and Love for mankind with many good deeds done by the families for our society.

Some people have been quick to criticize the Kennedy name. This dedication was not made to create a controversy...but rather to say good bye to three souls.......

I am posting a guestbook.....but I state now...negativity will not be tolerated. If you have negative feelings..please just exit this site.

As an American I can't help but feel a tragic loss for the son of a President we loved.

And pain for the parents who had three beautiful daughters and now only hold one.

Prayers also go to a sister who loved her brother so dearly.

We ask God to give inner strength to Caroline and her husband and three children and The entire Bessette Family.

A plea to the media to respect The Kennedy's and Bessette"s privacy and give them time to mourn.

The image that captured our hearts and souls.

~~~~~Dawn~~~~~
Dawn broke clear and cold-and the nite wind still whispered thru my heart.
A star flickered in the red-grey sky, with the soft fluted voice of a lark skimming by-
I had dreamed of yesteryears; good days-
a loved one by my side; - weary days an agonizing cry.
The warmth of His voice, the strength of His hand surged thru me-
His understanding of my many faults came back in a flood of memories,
The love He shared with all mankind was floating, vibrant.
And so-these long past moments are held in a web of happy years.
The sky is suddenly illuminated by the sun-and a cross, towering symbol,
fleetingly touched me, and as I llifted my voice in prayer-
I felt the hand of God-
Give me eternal peace, joy and love.
WHOSOEVER LIVETH AND BELLIEVETH IN ME SHALL NEVER DIE. John 11:26
~~~God's Love~~~

I think that God is proud of those that bear a sorrow bravely.

Proud indeed of them who walk straight through the dark to find him there and kneel in faith to touch his garments hem.

How proud he must be of them, he who knows all sorrow and how hard grief is to bear.

I think he sees them coming and he goes with outstretched arms to meet them there,

and with a look, a touch on hand or head, each finds his hurt heart strangely comforted

~~My Special Prayer---Author Unknown ~~

There's no problem too big,

No question too small,

Ask God in faith,

And he'll answer them all,

Not always at once,

So be patient and wait,

God never comes,

Too soon or too late,

Trust in His wisdom,

Believe in His word,

For no prayer is unanswered,

And no prayer is unheard.

Our Father

Our Father which art in heaven,

Hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come.

Thy will be done in earth,

as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our debts,

as we forgive our debtors.

And lead us not into temptation,

but deliver us from evil:

For thine is the kingdom,

and the power, and the glory, for ever.

Amen.
