Researchers learn a great deal about a report by reading its list of keywords in an index or abstract journal.
Similarly, WordFun's keywords, together with the listing of topics, may give a good indication of the issues that we want to raise on WordFun.
This list was compiled in cooperation with the subscribers to the nascent WordFun group.
These keywords are not exclusive (and you are welcome to submit additional suggestions), but they are likely to cover most of the possibilities on the group:
ambiguity anagram comedy entertainment etymology farce fun funny games grammar homonyms humor idioms |
irony joke joyful language letters lighthearted linguistics meanings metaphors mirth palindromes phonemes |
phonetics phonics play psycholinguistics puns riddles satire Scrabble shaggy-dog structure syntax words wuzzles |
