Below are two pictures of Ha Long Bay (Vinh Ha Long--The Bay Where The Dragon Descended). Arguably one of the most beautiful natural wonders in the world. The third picture shows a part of the old Imperial Palace.
The Citadel of Hue. The Imperial Palace of the latter Vietnamese Emperors. A city that is less grand in size than the Forbidden City in Peking, but no less in splendor. My great-great-great-great-----great Grandfather was summoned to the Citadel during the late 1700s for the Emperor to bestow upon him the title of "Master Mandarin" as a reward for his empic poem "Lament of a Warrior's Wife (Chinh Phu Ngam Khuc)"
The Main Market in Saigon (Cho Ben Thanh). I spent many a times shopping there with my Grandmother. We ate some good meals there.
