		This corner of our website is UNDER CONSTRUCTION during November 2002.  When completed, it will tell about ongoing efforts to obtain official proclamations from cities, states, and countries declaring November 30 is Computer Security Day. We will coordinate all efforts but ask participants to help us by requesting proclamations from the town, county, city and state in which they live orwork. Each person planning to request a proclamation, should notify us before getting started. We will provide a sample letter to use for the request, a sample of a proclamation to request, alternative wordings for proclamation request, a list of proclamations received, and a list of requests in process. We hope to receive any proclamations that have been issued so we can post them on this website. Questions about this effort to obtain proclamations should be posted on our GROUP. at     http://groups.yahoo.com/group/computersecurityday where particpants can share information from each others' efforts.
