Computer Security Day
      POSTER CONTEST
Each year, the Association for Computer Security Day  sponsors a computer security poster contest to help provide the official Computer Security Day posters which are distributed world-wide to all CSD participants.  Local contests are held by some chapters of ACM, ISSA, ISACA CIPS, and other cooperating societies. The best posters from each local contest are combined into a final competition for use as the annual Computer Security Day poster.
Who may enter: . . . . . . . .Any member of ACM, ISSA, ITAA, ISACA any other cooperating society,
                                         or anyone who has been a Computer Security Day participant.
                                         One entry per person.
Deadline: . . . . . . . . . . . . .Deadlines for local contests will be set by each local contest
                                         chairman. The deadline  for the combined contest will be
                                         March 1for that  year's contest. 
How to enter: . . . . . . . . . .Contact your local cooperating society chapter. If you have no
                                         local contest, send your entry to the Association for Computer Security Day;
                                         5014 Rodman Road; Bethesda, MD  20816.
Topic: . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Entries may be on any topic that is central to computer security.
                                         The annual sub-theme forComputer Security Day for the year 2007
                                         is "Taking Action."  Entries do not have to reflect  the annual theme.
Criteria for judging: . . . .  Entries will be judged on their suitability as an international
                                         poster, the general applicability of the computer security message,
                                         originality, and the appropriateness of the entry as the official CSD
                                         poster. 
Form of entny: . . . . . . . . .Entries may be of any form from pencil line drawing to photographic
                                         collage. Size 8 1/2 x 11 to 12 x 18. Source of clip art or other drawings
                                         that are part of an entry must be given if entry is not done entirely by
                                         submitter. Multiple colors are encouraged, but not necessary. Company
                                         slogans, trademarked or copyrighted items should not be included as
                                         part of any entry
Results: . . . . . . . . . . . . . .Winner will be announced on the A4CSD WWW site.  There may not
                                         be a winner each year.
Prizes:. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Local contests may provide separate prizes. For the combined
                                         contest, the winner will receive a one year membership in ACM SIGSAC, ISACA or
                                         the ISSA.The name and affiliation of the submitter of the winning entry will be
                                         included on the official CSD poster only after written permission is obtained
                                         from the winner
Conditions for entry: . . . . By entering this contest, the submitter gives the ACSD the right to
                                         use the entry,  in part or whole, as part of CSD promotions, including
                                         the official poster for Computer Secuity Day.  The poster may be
                                        duplicated and  disttibuted, both with and without charge, without
                                        compensation to the originator. Entries will not  be returned unless
                                        special arrangements are made.
