ISLAM AND SCIENCE
Most of us believe in a particular religion ,because our parents were in that religion,and thought us about that religion only.A few believe in a particular religion due to they get some amount of peace and prosperity from that religion. What is the real religion.....why it so called...is it is the real path to peace and salvation....have you ever asked these questions in your mind. 99% of you wil say that,i haven't ,but i am very much satisfied with my religion......because i don't give much importance to religion,because all religion teach the same and all are different ways to a common place. This is perfectly a correct statement if all religions follows the truth.but we can see many contradictions in these religions .....even we closed our eyes to many of the statements,some of it cannot be afforded by a man who is living in this scientific world so if a religion is true ,it is immortal and can withstand 100 or 10,000 years .but many of the religions have lost it's lustre and purity when science devloped.In 18's we can see many conflicts between "religion" and "science".when Neil amstrong landed the moon ,when Copernicus said earth is round .when Darwin said man is evolved .................. But islam is a total exception to these religions.QURAN, is not a scientific book.But it's a book for peace and salvation.The scientific staments given it is inorder to prove that what it says is correct.Even the disciples of other religion have no disputes in the quranic matters. Islam is the one and one holy book which says" one who kills a man is likea man who killed the whole mankind " the word used is "man" not "muslim",but in the book of jews, we can see 'a man who kills a jew is like a man who killls the whole mankind....see the difference QURAN is the only religioious book which give freedom to choose any religion!.but it boldly says that islam is the real path. look at Noble Verse 2:256 "Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out clear from error: whoever rejects evil and believes in Allah hath grasped the most trustworthy handhold, that never breaks. And Allah heareth and knoweth all things." The Holy Quran prohibits Muslims to force any person into Islam. Muslims must not let people resent Islam and Muslims. They must leave people decide for themselves because the "Truth stands out clear from error" (2:256). Compulsion is incompatible with religion: Because (1) religion depends upon faith and will, and these would be meaningless by force; (2) Truth and Error have been so clearly shown up by the mercy of Allah Almighty that there should be no doubt in the minds of any persons of good will as to the fundamentals of faith; (3) Allah Almighty's protection is continuous, and His Plan is always to lead us from the depths of darkness into the clearest light. other verses: Noble Verses 10:99-100 "If it had been thy Lord's will, they would all have believed, all who are on earth! wilt thou then compel mankind, against their will, to believe! No soul can believe, except by the will of God, and He will place doubt (or obscurity) on those who will not understand." Noble Verse 27:92 "And to rehearse the Qur'an: and if any accept guidance, they do it for the good of their own souls, and if any stray, say: 'I am only a Warner.'" Noble Verse 10:99 "If it had been thy Lord's will, they would all have believed,- all who are on earth! wilt thou then compel mankind, against their will, to believe!" Allah Almighty doesn't like us to compel people into belief. "Those who pervert the Truth in Our Signs are not hidden from Us. Which is better? he that is cast into the Fire, or he that comes safe through, on the Day of Judgement? Do what ye will: Verily He seeth (clearly) all that ye do.
