Well into their full adult years,
But things said and done,
Still bring pain and tears.

Teach me God to
Let them go through.
There are things in their life,
That you’re wanting to do.

Show me where to cut the rope.
Tell me there is still a hope.
Teach me Lord, to take a stand.
Give me strength to cut the rope,
Letting them fall into your hand.
