If only she could get
Loose from her chains.
Then she could make
That necessary change.
The sign on her forehead
Reads "I am lonely".
None can see it,
But this man only.
Tonite he will make it in
To get what appears to him,
To be a sexual dividend.
She will give him special attention
During the moments preceding.
She trust and hope, but he is
Only there for a feeding.
Like a snake with planned attack,
He slithers his way into
Her as she lies on her back.
As he thrusts himself back and forth,
There is no love involved.
The void that they both carry is
Still left unresovled.
He may boast with pride
That he has gotten a piece,
But if he would face his heart,
He will know he has no peace.
This woman...this man, are
Both spiritually ill,
Trying to relieve an emptiness
That only Jesus can fill.
All over the world so many of us
Live without Jesus.
Never realizing that the
Lust of our flesh will never please us.
