You as buyer agree that these items will not be re-distributed to another at any time.
I as seller agree that any and all upgrades or changes to these items will be sent to buyer free of further charges.

In a case where the items simply cannot be received by buyer, I as seller will authorize AlertPay to refund payed amounts minus any service charges incurred.
