Murders of Former sex offenders (FSO) -AND- non sex offenders (NSO) accused of a sex offense.
Note 1: "Accused" includes cases of falsely accused and mistaken identity (the wrong person was targeted).
Note 2: All NSO accusations were sex offenses, however, not all FSO accusations were sex offenses.
Note 3: Offenders murdered in jails and prisons are not included in the numbers in charts BLUE/GREEN below.

Since victim/offender relationship cases have a modicum of an understandable motive to them,
the following separates them to find true vigilante cases. (R=Relationship).

Statistics reveal that former sex offenders in communities are targeted by vigilantes? Statistics also reveal an alarming number of victims (or their family members) resorting to murdering the accused offender. What is causing this shift in behavior, which now appears to be acceptable? The same influence seems to be overflowing into jails and prisons (those statistics are shown below and not included in the above).
