There is a growing societal shift towards the acceptance of -vigilante acts- against persons involved with, or accused of, sex offenses. Here we will use credible news accounts to support our contention. Some folks may question why we have included certain topics as being "vigilante acts." ex: residency laws or holiday restrictions en masse. In answer, since registered sex offenders no longer have representation in the political process, and that process is being used to enact restrictions (bills of pains and penalties)on various hypothetical bases without supporting evidence, such describes a legalized vigilante action. Accordingly, our purpose is to document acts which Congress and State Legislatures choose to ignore. Further, they fail to implement any reasonable method of protecting those they have declared outlaws and have chosen to isolate them, in every way possible, from communities nationwide! Due process and other constitutional rights are regularly denied this class, and the following results!
