This is a page of poems that I have found while surfing the internet. These particular poems have to do with friendship. I am very fortunate, I have alot of friends that have been there for me through thick and thin. Tracy, Marge, Mary, Melanie, Pam, Suzie, and Carol, to name a few. I love you guys! I know I am not supposed to be partial and show favortism, but I have one special, special friend. Her name is Tammy Lasley. She is everything that you would want in a best friend, and more. She is like a sister to me."Tammy, we have laughed together: ) and we have cried together, : ( the most important thing, is that we have stayed friends, supporting each other through the good times and bad. You know I love ya!" In my opinion, that is what friendship is all about, and I thank God everyday for my friends, for I don't know where I would be without them.



My Pot Of Gold

I was standing at the end of my rainbow,
with no pot of gold in my view.
Then one day you came into my life,
and I knew that I had found my pot of gold with you.

Your friendship has made my life so rich,
that I feel like I am the wealthiest woman on this earth.
Yet no monetary value could ever be placed on our friendship,
for it is not money, but love, that gives our friendship it's worth.

Everything that we share is as precious to me,
as the gold inside the pot.
Your wonderful personality has warmed my heart,
with each special quality that I enjoy alot.

My pot of gold can never be emptied,
but only continue to overflow.
For I have been blessed with the wealth of your friendship,
a friendship that can only continue to grow.
