It is snowing heavily out at the Red Cloud Building but all seems to be fine.
       If roads are clear on week-end during the day, will be going out to
check and take supplies. Will report back at that time.

There are 20 Tokala Warriors for security around the building and also on top
of the building on the roof.  They are there 24hs. a day with shifts.
 
    There will also be a meeting at the Billy Mills Hall in Pine Ridge on
Monday at 10:00am......both the Grassroots Oyate and the Council members will
be there.
    I hope to attend so will update when meeting is over with.
