Subject: Sioux Nation Civil Rights Commission

The next Sioux Nation Civil Rights Commission meeting will be held on March
11,2000 at the Landmark building in Eagle Butte, South Dakota beginning at
10 am.  The topic will be tribal bill of rights in tribal constitutions and
how does it work for tribal members.  There is also some time in the morning
for those who are interested in presenting on their work in the civil rights
area.
  We are well aware of violations occurring on reservations everywhere and
we must correct them and make them right.  For those who are in our area are
invitated to attend.  There will be a meal served and donations will ask to
help with the cost of having the meeting.  Pass the word.
