Energy Harmonics
Energy Harmonics is a healing system based on energetic flows. Harmonics techniques are quite different to healing techniques where energy is put into the body. This technique uses the technique of energetic awareness, or "resonance", which allows the body to balance the existing energies, remove
blockages and move towards healing by recognizing and uniting the energy flows back into their original patterns.

The energy centers where this focuses on are called charkas. Chakra is an ancient Sanskrit word for wheel. There are seven major chakras in the body, located along our spine and also in our hands and feet. These energy centers regulate our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level and our all round health.

The first chakra is located at the base of the spine and is concerned with the physical body and survival. The second chakra is located just below the belly button and concerns sexuality and emotions. This is how we read others emotions. The third chakra is located at the solar plexus where the rib cage forms a V. This chakra controls the all the organs and glands and energy distribution throughout the body. The fourth chakra is known as the heart chakra. It is where we hold our concept of love and affinity. The fifth chakra controls the thyroid and is located in the throat. It also holds information on communication and creativity. The sixth chakra is the third eye, located in the forehead. The gland attached to the third eye is the pineal gland, the pleasure gland.
And the last chakra is located at the top of the head and controls the pituitary gland.

There are other charkas in the body and may differ for each person. There are also charkas in the palms of the hands where energy is allowed to be released. The charkas in the arch of the foot allow you to connect with the planet. However the seven major charkas are the most important for healing purposes.

Chakras are also associated with color. Color is out of the many vibrations reaching earth in octaves
registered by our optic nerves. Our eyes pick up these vibrations as color. There are seven color waves and it is suggested they correspond with the seven planets. An example of how it works is the color blue absorbs all color vibrations except blue and reflects the blue light waves back so we can interpret it.

The color red is associated with the first chakra and has the lowest vibration. In medicine, red color lamps stimulate, warm, excite and cheer and also increase the activity of arterial blood. Orange is the color of the second chakra. It also has a warm and invigorating effect. The third chakra is associated with the color yellow. This color has stood for wisdom and intellect throughout the ages and stimulates the nerves and brain. Green corresponds with the fourth chakra. It gives stability and endurance. The color blue represents the fifth chakra and promotes love, devotion and harmony. Pale blue in ones aura represents devotion while dark blue represents fanaticism. Indigo is the color associated with the sixth chakra. The last chakra, the seventh, is associated with violet. It represents the seventh and highest quality a person attains- noble spiritual aspiration.

Neutral colors also hold some significance. White absorbs all the rays and is therefore cooling and
restful. Black absorbs all colors and is warm, although neutralized.
