Objectives 2.1 Research and complete teacher/student designed higher order activities on a topic of interest following pre-established goals and objectives with 90% accuracy on student work sample. 2.2 Solve at least 20 higher order math enrichment activities on ability level with 100% accuracy on work samples. 2.3 Develop beginning questioning skills to induct needed information necessary to solve at least 10 logic and lateral thinking senerios with 100% completion using checklist. 2.4 Solve at least 10 enrichment activities involving a variety of problem solving techniques 2.5 Use object manipulation to solve at least 10 spatial and visual problems. 2.6 Use available technology to challenge deductive reasoning skills. 2.7 Use real court cases to analyze written and visual evidence to determine a verdict. 2.8 Compare and analyze data using graphic organizers to solve 15 language puzzles. 2.9 Solve 20 higher order activities the challenge critical reasoning ability. 2.10 Conduct science experiments above grade level. 2.11 Learn available software to complete at least 6 activities designed to reinforce/extend cognitive and communication skills. 2.12 Complete at least creative problem solving activities. 2.13 Compose at least 10 original creative compositions. 2.14 Complete at least 10 creative problem by applying logic and flexible reasoning skills. 2.15 Given a computer program to explore simple physics of friction, gravity, motion, and inertia; will solve at least 5 problems with a demonstration. |
