This is the model mentioned on the previous page. Called Richard II, the model was built and flown by Ivan Pettigrew, who grew up in the area, but who now lives in Canada. You can read more about Ivan and his models here. The model put on a lovely performance, flying normally for the first
few minutes as it did a few circuits around and above the reconstruction. Then it did a loop and the crowd went "oooo". It did a 360 roll and the
crowd went "ahhhh". Finally it flew inverted for 20 seconds and the
crowd went "oooo, ahhhh." A nice little show, done for an appreciative
