Westfields to best fields for Kelly Golebiowski
By Adam Leto and Kylie Stevens

EIGHT years ago, Kelly Goleiowski spent her lunch times kicking a ball around the play- ground with Harry Kewell.
Now, the former Westfields Sports High School student has signed with Washingtom Freedom in the US professional soccer league.
This makes her only the third Australian to compete in the world's best women's soccer competition.
The 21-year-old recalls her time at the sports high school in Fairfield West as playing a key role in her development.
"Being able to train fulltime and with great players who have gone on to play overseas and in the NSL certainly helped me," she told the Champion.
"The memories I have and things I learnt there, I will never forget."
The current Matildas striker will play alongside some of the world's best women players including two-time player of the year, Mia Hamm.
Golebiowski has played in the US for two seasons in the non-professional league.
She said that when she jets off to Washington tomorrow, she'll "definately be taking vegemite" with her.
The Australian women's team don't get paid, despite finishing eighth in the 1999 world cup.
