In the Feldenkrais Method we speak of successive performance of the movements in a lesson as "approximations", that is, the movement throughout the lesson will change and be refined by the addition of informationof various kinds. Thus, the movement will go through various approximations throughout the lesson and, in fact every time the lesson is done. Improvement is always possible.

This is our first approximation of a means to provide products to assist our visitors in their efforts to enhance their lives in various ways.
