WHY?

I bet you're wondering why I started this page, well here goes. Aside from being tortured every time I go somewhere just because of the way I dress, there was on incedent inparticual that set me off.

On Wednesday, November 24th my friend and I were at the mall. We went to Garfield's, a resturant that we usually like for the atmosphere, because we can sit in there and smoke, and just relax. But this time it wasn't so relaxing. It usually takes us about an extra 15 ot 20 minutes to get our check, but this time, it took us 45 minutes to get waited on, and this was only when we went to the bar. This would have been understandable if they were very busy, but they weren't at all, infact, two people who came in after us were waited on before us. After this amount of time we were pretty fed up. So we asked to speak to the manager. After talking to him and him telling us it would be taken care of, we sat there an waited another 20 minutes before a waitress finally approached us, where upon she was very rude and sarcastic. This was naturally very upsetting, so we spoke to the manager again. This time he told us that people were refusing to wait on us because we were satanic and every time we come in there we write sexually explicit and religously degrading remarks on the tables. (You can color on the paper table cloths.) I personally can say that I've never wrote anything to that context on there. Unless of course if you count hearts and stars and trees and houses, and the occasional game of tic-tac-toe to be sexually explicit and religously degrading! These accusations appauled me greatly, but there was nothing I could do about it that wouldn't make it worse. The people who were putting these accusations on us were people I've seen that have harassed me for walking down the mall. And even though this shouldn't be happening I felt completely powerless at the moment. We left Garfield's and we knew we would never be going back. But as the days passed I started to think I had to do something about situations like this. So I decided to make this page, in the hopes at least a little something could be done.
