This refers to AFGE NP Gage's refusal to overturn my illegal and extra-constitutional removal at the hands of NVP Kelly, in a letter obviously writen by the General Counsel's office.

Showing Chief Steward Regina Hatchett doing her "Chicken Little" routine to the employees' horror and management's delight. She's squawking "BRAC, BRAC", which refers to B.R.A.C. , the Base Realignment and Closure Commission, responsible for identifying military installations for closure. When I picketed the Base and filed an OSHA complaint, Regina told the membership that my activities would "put the Base on the BRAC list", the Base will be closed, and we will all be out of jobs. Of course, management loves to hear this kind of propaganda, because it discourages the employees from standing up for themselves and filing complaints - and it BUSTS UNIONS.

Showing Treasurer Bonnie Fortuna as management's lap dog. She sits in the lap of an "A-Team" manager. The "A-Team" is the largest single unit on Altus AFB where civil servants are employed. The "A-Team" is a "Most Efficient Organization" that was formed when civil service won what was at the time the largest A-76 contract ever awarded. The "A-Team" maintains United States Air Force C-5, C-17 and KC-135 aircraft, including backshop and support functions. It is this "contract" that Regina Hatchett told the employees we would lose by picketing the Base.
