					Youth Mentoring Program
	Higher education is immensely important to one's success.  The promotion of higher education inour community is one of the most important items on our agenda.  We want to educate students of all grade levels as well as their parents about the various resources available to facilitate their ability to acheive higher education.  We have currently joined forces with Taft High School, in the san Fernando Valley, to provide tutoring, mentoring, college application preparation, and other services to Farsi speaking students as well as anyone else who may be interested.  We hope to provide help with college, scholarship, and financial aid applications through workshops and online relationships.  If you would like more information click here!!
				Humanitarian Relief Work
		We, the Afghan Students at UCLA, help those in our immediate community but never forget the importane of sending external aid to our homeland, Afghanistan.  Our agenda for humanitarian aid include working with Afghan Relief Organization (ARO) in building a Medical Clinic located in the heart of Kabul and working  with Internation Orphan Care (IOC) to raise funds for the 1.5 million orphanded children of Afghansitan.  Furthermore we have an ongoing medical and school supply drive to make survival and education possible for those less fortunate in Afghanistan.  Collected goods will securely delivered via ARO.  The UCLA ASA welcomes the support of those who would like to further the cause lending assistance in their field of expertise.
			MEDICAL CLINIC UNDER CONSTRUCTION
