Thanks to EVERYONE for your support!!!  Your voices were heard!

Delegate Boutin said hundreds of e-mails in support of ending BSL in Maryland were received.
But getting a bill out of the Judiciary Committee is not easy and often takes more than one attempt.  A rewritten HB 562 will be prepared and ready for the next legislative session.
There is still an interest in this bill at the state level.

Thank you to those who spent a grueling afternoon awaiting their turn to testify.  Ours were the last two bills heard!
And thank you to all who contacted the legislators.  Your voices were heard!  There is yet more work to be done and even this seeming failure is a part of the progress to success here in the Free State.
