Date 24 June 2006# The 1st CEC was held at Moradabad on Date 23-06-2006 time 10.00 AM Venue “Free Massons’ Hall Behind Moradabad Club, On DRM Office Road, Moradabad (U. P.)” and all PHQ office bearers attend the meeting. The open session was addressed by Financial Secretary Sh. G R Sharma. General Secretary could not attend the meeting due to unsound health. DGM (A&P) O/o GMTD Moradabad was attended the open session as chief guest. The matter regarding support to SNEA U P (West) Circle was also placed in the CEC meeting and decide that a Joint agenda and joint program should be drafted in joint forum meeting and should submit under united forum.>>>>>>

Date 9 June 2006# Circle Secretary, Financial Secretary Shri Vijendra Singh, Branch Secretary Circle Office Branch, Meerut Shri K P Singh & Vice President Circle Office Branch, Meerut Shri Vipin Sharma met CGMT on 9 June2006 & discused :-
1) Local officiating promotion from TES Group “B” STS of ITS Group “A” :- We insisted following letter AIBSNLEA/UPW/Correspondance/ 05-06/4 dated 29-05-2006 for local officiating promotion from TE,s Group B to STS of ITS Group A that the promotion order should be issued immediately and the efforts should be made for minimum reversion period. The CGM has assured that the legal issue is coming to release the promotion list, we will try best on top priority.
2)Promotion/ Placement of SDEs to the grade of Sr. SDE:- We informed to CGM that the so many TEs Group “B” have completed 12 years regular service in SDE cadre in last years. So many TEs Group “B” will have also completed 12 years regular service in SDE cadre in this year. A letter was issued by your office to All SSA heads for submit particulars of SDEs who have completed 12 years regular service in SDE cadre up March2006 but no progress till now. Other circles like UP (E) & Rajsthan have issued the promotion/ Placement of SDEs who have completed or will be completed in Dec 2006. The photo of the orders is also shown to the CGM. The CGM has assured that the matter will be looked on.
3) FSC WLL (Mobile) Cases of Executive officers:- We insisted that The WLL is pending for sanctioning since long time. The matter has been looked by the CGM and sanctioned the cases those were pending on the date.
