As my wife always says I am extremely lucky from a genealogical point
of view to have infrequent names in my family. I have already researched the
ALFF side back to 1700, The other branches will be
researched over the next couple months and years. So far I know that there is
some French origin from the Georges side and a Belgian origin from the Jaas and Hieff side. If you have
