I created "elena's ALLY McBEAL page" on July 2000. It has been on-line ever since then.
I decided to open a site even though I had no experience with web designing. I was surfing trough Ally / Calista sites very often and I used to see some good ones, but most of them were closed or not updated. Then I had the idea, why shouldn't I create my own site about Ally?
I am an Ally-addicted, Ally McBeal is my fave tv show, Calista Flockhart is my favourite actress & a role model for me, and Vonda Shepard is my fave solo singer. Why wasn't I making a tribute to them? So that's why I started with this site. To show my love & appreciation for them, sharing this site with fans worldwide.
At first, the site wasn't so popular, but I started linking other websites and they linked me back, I submitted it to search engines and finally I started getting more web traffic.
It has been published at a really popular (national) newspaper from Spain. The little article said the following:

Translated to English:

After a while (January 2001) I was contacted by a guy in a Radio Station from Barcelona, he wanted me to appear in his radio show and talk about Ally McBeal as a fan and expert. I was extremely pleased to do it. It was so exciting. I was talking life @ the radio station and after the whole interview, they recommended people to visit my website, qualifying it as one of the most complete Ally McBeal sites on-line.

So as you see I keep n working on the site, updating it and always improving as my web-designing skills improve. This was my first website ever, now I have some more, but I never forget about "elena's ALLY McBEAL page", so that's why after a year and two months on-line I have created a brand new look of the site.
