Hello And Welcome To My Site . . .
We all have things in our life that are special to us.
In my site I've included some of the things
that are closest to my heart.


ANGELS

I believe the Lord has given us all angels to help us
through the hard times and to help protect us.
Many times in my life I've felt the presence of angels.
I've stood by the bedside of people I've loved 4 times
in my life, and felt the presence of angels as they
carried my loved ones to heaven.

FIRE FIGHTERS

When I was a little girl, I thought firefighters were
so special. Now I'm grown up and I know it takes
a special person to be a firefighter.
They give of themselves and expect nothing in return.
We think they are heroes -
they think they are just doing their job.
They lay their life on the line everytime they fight a fire.
I believe that on September 11, 2001, all Americans
saw the true heart of a firefighter.
How can we ever say thank you to those fire fighters
and to their loved ones?
How can we say thank you to all firefighters everywhere -
whether they are from a big city, a small town,
or a firefighter fighting wildfires in a forrest or canyon?
As we pray for all firefighters, let's remember their
wives and families who also sacrifice
for the firefighters they love.
May the Lord bless them and fill their hearts with peace,
and protect them always.

STATUE OF LIBERTY

One of my favorite things is a
"lady that stands in a harbor,
with her torch raised to the sky".
A sign to all Americans of the freedom we have.
Next to the American flag, this is the one symbol
that touches my heart everytime I see it.
I've never been blessed with seeing the
Statue of Liberty with my own eyes -
maybe someday I will.
I pray the Lord protects her -
I can't imagine her not being there,
overlooking the harbor and
the United States of America.
