Our treasured portraits displayed here
Were once to us, just a mystery
Now they are held in our hearts so dear

We searched archives, oh so far and wide
Finding each precious one, sharing it with pride
Each photo came with a family as well
Adding to our tree and great stories to tell

Finding not only family but a heritage of love
They're in Heaven now, watching from above
Faces staring calmly back, letting us all know
We came from somewhere very long, long ago.
