Reflections

My grandchildren in your little
hearts I see;
That part of your mother that was
the best in me.

You have given me immortality
forever more.
Your seed will grow and bloom,
just as you, the ones
I adore.

When the sun in my life sets for the
very last time, it will be peaceful
and so devine,
As I know you'll be here to carry the
load till the end of time.

My dear children were the greatest
joy in my life,
They carried me through all the hard
times and strife.

Now to your parents you will be their
ray of sunshine when life gets
so bleak and dark.
Their inspiration, when into old age
they must embark.

May you carry the burden of this legacy
with honor and grace.
Somewhere in the future we shall all
come together in a special place.

Touched by love and in God's Garden we'll
once again meet face to face.
Loving everyone and sharing each
others space.
