Locked Out? Here's Our Policy On Opening Properties:

• If you are locked out of your place of residence we require that you produce identification in the
  form of a Drivers License or other valid Government issued ID containing your picture and the
  address where service is required. This is the only form of identification accepted.
Booking an appointment on behalf of a second party?

• If you are booking an appointment on behalf of a second party then you agree you will assume full responsiblity to cover the bill
  in the event that the party requiring service does not arrive at the address you requested service for.

• If you are booking an appointment on behalf of a second party we will return your call to verify that you are calling from the
  telephone number you have provided us with.

• If you are booking an appointment on behalf of a second party you will be required to supply your full name, mailing address and
  telephone number. We will also require that your Credit Card and valid drivers license numbers be kept on file.
After Hours Emergency Calls:

 • Please limit after hours calls to EMERGENCIES ONLY where you require immediate assistance. After 10 PM you will likely be
  awakening one of our staff members to answer your call, we need our sleep too! (Emergency rates listed below)
• Please make general inquiries concerning our rates and the services we provide during our regular business hours. (9:00 AM
  to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday).
• We provide 24 hour 7 day emergency lock service to the GTA.
• We are available after hours for EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY.
• EMERGENCY service call rate $110.00 - includes the first ½ hour of labour.
• EMERGENCY hourly labour rate $100.00/Hr. - billed in ½ hour increments.
• Charges do not include any parts or other services you may also require.
• Pricing presented on site does not include GST
• Payment accepted in Cash, Company or Personal Check.

• We currently do not accept payment by Credit Card

FYI:Most apartment doors are master keyed out of convenience to the landlord. This means that more than one key is able to turn the lock cylinder open.
