As noted in the
SF-Encyclopedia, the early pseudonym of K.M. O'Donnell is "apparently
derived from the initial letters of the surnames of Henry KUTTNER and C.L.
MOORE plus the surname of one of their joint pseudonyms". Malzberg has
described it as "a dumb pseudonym taken for dumb but protective reasons".
The novels and short stories listed
in this bibliography follow those listed in "Barry N. Malzberg Bibliography:
A First Pass", compiled by Sheila Lightsey and Eric M. Van in the Readercon
4, 1991 (and a major update), both of which I was very kindly given by
the author himself.
You are welcome to compare this with
the ISFDB bibliography, but you will find this is a lot more comprehensive.
Unfortunately it still omits stories outside the sf and mystery genres.
The actual total is (as estimated by Malzberg) about 400.
