The light that comes from the high-level window signifies "every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning. Of His own will He brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of His creatures." (Jas. 1:17-18) Our Lord Jesus Christ said; "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!" (Lk. 11:13)
In order to evaluate the flood condition Noah first sent out a raven which did not return. Next he sent out a dove which came back. And he waited yet another seven days, and again he sent the dove out from the Ark. Then the dove came to him in the evening, and behold, a freshly plucked olive leaf was in her mouth; and Noah knew that the waters had abated from the earth, So he waited yet another seven days and sent out the dove, which did not return again to him anymore." (Gen. 7:10-12)
The dove is universally recognized as the symbol of peace and reconciliation. To the Christians the dove is an emblem of the Holy Spirit. When the Lord Jesus Christ went to the River Jordan to be baptized, "John bore witness, saying, 'I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and He remained upon Him. I did not know Him, but He who sent me to baptize with water said to me, 'Upon whom you see the Spirit descending, and remaining on Him, this is He who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.' And I have seen and testified that this is the Son of God." (Jn. 1:32-34)
Our Lord Jesus Christ is the Baptizer of the Holy Spirit. "And being assembled together with them, He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father, 'which', He said, 'you have heard from Me; for John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now." (Acts 1:4-5) "Now when the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. . . . And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance." (Acts 2:1-4)
