Section 2. The form of government for the Athenian Republic is Presidential Republic.The form of government can be changed only by the vote of citizens.
Section 3. The Athenian Republic is a non-territorial state presently situated within Greece's territory. Our republic has no land or colonies, although reserves the right to claim if such need occurs.
Section 4. The capitol of Athenian Republic is New Smyrni's Central Square.
Section 5. The official languages is Greek and English.
Section 6. The official national flag has two equal parallels . The top is white and the bottom sky blue. In the left middle of the flag is a circle with the opposite colors. Inside the top blue section is Perikles's helmet and inside the bottom white section is the crossed shield.
Section 1. All men who acknowledge the existence and authority of the "Athenian Republic", are at least eighteen years of age, and have been resident for at least six months are eligible for citizenship.
Section 2. Citizenship may be acquired by applying to the Foreign Minister. Applicants will immediately receive a resident status. Residents for more than six months need to re-apply in order to claim their citizenship.
Section 3. Athenian Republic will not impose any tax, tariff, or duty on any of its citizens, though citizenship proofs such as I.D., Passports, etc. will be charged.
Section 4. All citizens are equal before the law. Citizens have the right of free speech and expression, the right to bear arms, the right to vote, the right to be elected.
Section 5. All residents of the republic who are not citizens shall have the rights to existence, free speech, and trial. They must defer to citizens in all places public. Residents will be held to the same laws as citizens.
Section 1. Athenian Republic is a new state therefore the government is temporary. When citizens reach 200 elections will be held and the new government will be elected.
Section 2. The form of government is Presidential Republic. The Government is elected by the citizens. The President is elected by the Parliament.
Section 3. Elections will be held every 4 years. The Government reserves the right to proclaim elections prior but not after this period.
Section 4. The Government is formed by the majority party after the elections. If no party gains majority, then coalition government must be formed. If no coalition can be done by any parties, then new elections will be held with the two parties who gained the more votes after the elections. After that Government will be formed by the winning party.
Section 5. The Government is held by the majority party or parties of the Parliament. If this majority can not be held for any reason the Government is immediately no longer valid and new elections will be proclaimed by the President.
Article IV
The President
Section 1. The President is the head of the State.
Section 2. The President forms the laws and legislation of the Republic. All laws and legislation's must be approved by the Parliament.
Section 3. The President has the right to proclaim elections either if the 4 year government term is expired, or if he has a reasonably cause to do so. Reasonably causes are: National emergency, war or threat of war, national debt, legal conviction of any government member, break of a coalition government, break of a party's majority in the Parliament.
Section 4. The President is elected by the Parliament every 5 years. Prior to that period Presidential election can be held only if the President resigns.
Article V
The Parliament
Section 1. The Parliament of the Athenian Republic has 21 seats.
Section 2. The Parliament elects the President. The President needs at least 15 votes to be elected. Failure to elect President will lead to dissolution of the Parliament and new national elections.
Section 3. The Parliament can change articles of the constitution, except Article 1, Sections 1 and 2. For these articles a direct vote from citizens is needed.
Section 4. The Parliament approves the laws and legislation of the Republic.
Section 5. The Parliament's assemblies are called by Parliament's Chairman or by the President.

Currency
Section 1. The Athenian Republic's currency is "Lira" in Greek "Pound" in English
Section 2. The Athenian Pound is equal to 100 Greek Drachmas.
Section 3. One pound consist 100 cents
Section 4. Official notes are: 5 Pounds, 10 Pounds, 20 Pounds, 50 Pounds.
Official coins are 1,5,10,50,100 cents, 1 Pound
