Because of its small size it is incapable of supporting jump engines and therefore must rely on other ships to create jump points for it or the stationary jump gates scattered throughout the galaxy.      Currently, there are no Olympus Corvettes in service within the Earth Alliance Navy, though police forces still retain several for customs and inspection duties.
