I further agree that in consideration for being provided with a Borzoi Club of Greater Atlanta application and for the processing of my application for membership I hereby agree that if I alone or with others bring any type of administrative or judicial actions against Borzoi Club of Greater Atlantas, its officers, board of directors and members jointly or severally in any manner relating to the processing, approval, denial or rejection of my application for membership and if proven unsuccessful upon the merits of my claim that I shall pay all the costs and expenses including attorney fees and court costs incurred by the Borzoi Club of Greater Atlanta, its officers, board members and or members or any of them in defense or in response to that action.
