She is very active creating straw art projects,
teaching classes, and lecturing about the subject.
Most of her work is inspired by folklore and symbols
from all over the world. Scandinavian designs
are her specialty due to her Danish ancestry.
She sells her work at craft fairs and art shows,
and she also sells wheat and supplies
to help other wheat weavers.
