Accidental Death of an Anarchist |
The Original Cast |
Paul Schell (Inspector Bertozzo) - Paul is happy to be making his Barefoot debut as the Inspector in Accidental Death of an Anarchist. Schell is no stranger to the stage as he is still on tour with the City of Seattle Production Co. playing the role of the Mayor. Critics have hailed Schell's recent performances as "breathtaking," "mind-numbing," and "paralyzing!" Mr. Schell's film career has found him playing lead roles in Armageddon II - Martial Law, Silence of the Lambs, Citizens, & Other Helpless Creatures, and Dumb & Dumber - The Autobiography. When not acting the role of the Mayor, Schell can be found golfing with police buddies Stamper and Kerlikowske, chumming with intellectual companion George W., or appeasing the westlake shoppers with his charm and affect. Norm Stamper (Chief Bellatt) - Norm is extremely pleased to return to the stage after a brief retirement from the political arena. Norm, who was last seen in SPD's production of WTO - Terror on the Streets, is now back with badged bells on in the role of Chief Bellati in Barefoot's production of Accidental Death of an Anarchist. When not playing the role of the oppressor, Stamper enjoys teaching Crowd Control 101 at the School of Americas. George W. Bush (Officer) - George couldn't be more tickled to be cast as the Officer in Accidental Death of an Anarchist. Though cast in a small role, Bush promises to leave an unforgettable impression on the audience. Bush's only stage experience was a brief appearance as the donkey in Houston Baptist Church's annual "Christmas Story," where he made donkey noises to keep baby Jesus entertained. After a successful run of Accidental, George will move on to his next paying gig at the White House where he'll be playing the role of the President in Florida's adaptation of US DEMOCRACY, a 4 year thriller that is now being picked up by Hollywood, though George admits, "I'm a bit scared cause I don't know any of my lines . . . though my understudy, Cheney, could always pinch hit!" Michael Moore (Fool) - Michael is no stranger to the entertainment business. A filmmaker himself, Michael is known around the world for his role as the workers' rights advocate in the movie, "Roger & Me". Michael can also be seen rehearsing lines for his recent performance piece creation entitled The Awful Truth, available at www.MichaelMoore.com. Michael is pleased to return to Seattle for his Barefoot debut and wishes to thank WTO Chairman, Michael Moore, for many recent attacks to his home in Los Angeles. Sandra Pailca (Captain) - Though Sandra's day job is heading up the Seattle Police Department's Office of Accountability, Sandra has a special place in her heart for personifying characters either on the stage or off. Before Sandra was cast by the SPD in their recent farce, "Elected by the citizens - NOT!", she performed the role of Defense Attorney in SPD's recent production of "How to be acquitted in court without really trying". Sandra enjoys playing with guns, tying people up, and taking judges out for dinner. Jim Forman (Reporter) - Seattle's lovable King 5 reporter hits the stage one more time to wow the audiences in Barefoot's production of Accidental Death of an Anarchist. Jim is thrilled to be making his Barefoot debut and wants to thank Artistic Director, Michael Shank, for the opportunity to hone his skills yet one more time. Jim's gig at King 5 has garnered rave reviews from the Bellevue Republican Committee, the Nordstrom family, and even the Network for Corporate Media, Disney's latest project. Home of the Barefoot |
