Well, here is the part of my site that is dedicated to the hiking trips that my family, my friends and I have been on over the last 15 years or so. Right, I've done something. Walks: The Eight Peaks: Length - 25.8km (16 miles). Difficulty - Hard Here is a nice pic from the June 2002 trip to Keswick in the Lake District of Andy and I at the Penrith train station. Yes, that was the damned rucksack I carried over Sticks Pass, which had a peak height of 750m. Bugger!
