The information you provide to Paypal is patially shared with Bargains Online USA to the extent of your name, amount of payment, "ship-to" address and such. We do not have access to any credit card information you provide to paypal.
Your email communications to us is stored in a short term server at Yahoo and is not intentionally shared with any other entities. We use this information for corresppondence and completion of transactions purposes only. No unsolicited emails are ever sent out to you by any of our staff. The information you provide to online auction sites, such as eBay, is also partially shared by us only to the extent allowed by the auctioneer.
o  Return Policy:
Defective products, if qualified and authorized by us, can be shipped back no later than 7 calendar days (5 working days)from time of receipt by the customer. We must be notified of the return ahead of time via email and must authorize the return by providing an RMA number. Any package with missing the authorization number will be refused. Software, music, computer games, and computer chips (including automotive) are not eligible for return. Other products that have been damaged through improper use or misuse (especially if visible physical damage exists) whether by the buyer or the shipping service (if not insured), cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.  Other limitations may apply depending on the type of merchandise. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fees. Shipping and handling charges may not be refunded. We do require that all car audio/video equipment to be installed by professional and qualified technicians.

-- Shipping and handling charges listed for each item apply only to US mainland destinations. Shipments to Alaska,
    Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories will require additional charges and estimates will be provided upon customer
    request. International customers must contact us fir via email for other costs.
-- There will be discounts of shipping and handling charges for customers ordering multiple items simultaneously.
    This discount is caculated by us after all ordering is complete and a refund will be issued. The discount amount is
     at our discretion.
-- Standard shipping is via either USPS or UPS ground. Other methods can be provided upon request. Additional premium
    will apply for faster shipping. Contact us via email for an estimate.
-- Insurance is optional and if selected, must be paid for by the buyer. If the buyser refuses this option, Bargains Online USA
    will not be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise. There will be no refunds, exchanges, or discounts given when
    this situation arises.
-- We do not ship to PO Box addresses unless we authorize it ahead of time.
