Hello, I am Dr. Vincent Barla. I was born on 15th August, 1962 in beautiful Andaman and Nicobar Islands. My father hailed from   the Jharkhand State. I am a post graduate in   English from Punjab University. I also hold Diploma in Labour   Laws and Administrative Laws and Diploma in   Human Resource Management. I am a 1983 batch Central Secretariat Service   Officer and presently working as Director in the Department of Telecommunications. My hobby is praying and treating sick   people. I have a Diploma in Naturopathy and spend my leisure time in   this field. I am registered with All India Nature Cure Federation as a   Naturopathic Doctor. I  have also interest in Homeopathy.  I find   Naturopathy and Homeopathy complementary to each other and both these system   of medicine are very useful for poor people as treatment in these system is not only cheap but effective and without   side effects.  Those who need my services in Naturopathy are welcome.  I  don't charge any fees for my services.
