I'm still teaching. I am teaching at Poly Prep Country Day School in Brooklyn after finsihing graduate school and then doing freelance writing/Internet work for a year--which was pretty cool, but left me working isolated in front of a computer seven days a week. I started missing contact with people.
The teaching thing is going pretty well, but I'm continually battling myself over whether I want to stay with it or not. right now, I'm thinking this could be my last year here, but what I will do instead, I'm still not sure. It's weird. This past summer, I did something completely different from anything I'd ever done before--I worked as a consultant for a brokerage house. It was complete sell-your-soul work, but it paid really well, and I can't say I didn't find it interesting. I would consider doing it again, but we'll see in a few months. So I've been married for over a year now. It's good--Chrys is great.
