Roseanna  Rogers
     Roseanna Rogers was born in Brunswick, Maine.  She began her music career as a child, singing in a church chior and school functions.  Raised by her grandmother, Madiline Smith....she sang everywhere she could to be recognized.  Her father, Don Smith, of Brunswick, Maine had much influence as to what direction to focus on as her career started to blossom.  She loves to sing Bluegrass, Country and Gospel music. 
      Roseanna has been on many adventures to Nashville over the years.  She met her first manager, Clyde Beavers and while recording in the studios in Nashville, she came in contact with a man named, Bill Phillips, from Hendersonville, TN.  Bill sand duets with Dolly Parton and fronted the Kitty Wells show for many years.  Roseanna and Bill recorded many duets together that charted in the top 10 in the southern states region.
       You may find special appearances of Roseanna with The Gelina Family, Dirigo Highway, Everard Dodge and Traditional Heights in the Northeast region. 
       Roseanna was recently awarded "The 2001 DECMA Traditional Country Female Vocalist", "2001 DECMA Country Duet of The Year" w/Everard Dodge, and 2nd place "2001 DECMA Bluegrass Artist of the Year", and 2nd place for "The 2001 DECMA Traditional Country Female Entertainer of the Year".
      She will be traveling on to Tennessee in March 2002 to perform at the Louise Mandrel Theater in Pigeon Forge for the NACMAI Competitions.
