I Peter 5:7
Peter is writing to the Christians:
I Peter 1: 18-23, 3:21, 4:16

They/We are encouraged to cast our cares upon God (I Peter 5:7). We are assured that God cares for us.

At times it appears that others do not care(Psalm 142:1-4).  Many people do not care.  That is what is behind so much of the admonition of love in the New Testament.

God and all heaven, cares for the alien sinner.
God cares. John 3:16
Christ cares.  Rom.5: 8-9, Matt.11: 28-30
The Holy Spirit cares.  Rev. 22:17
Angels cares.  Luke 2:9-14

God and all heavens care for the erring Christians.
God cares.  Luke 15:11-24
The Savior cares.  Gal. 6:1-2
The Spirit cares.  James 5:19-20
Angels cares. Luke 15:10

God and all heaven care for faithful Christians.  Psalm 23

All heaven cares when sickness and adversity comes.  John 11: 32-35

Heaven cares in times of temptation.  I Cor. 10: 12-13

In trials, heaven cares.  Heb. 10: 23-29

If we will cast our CARES on him, we can have great assurance.
Rom. 8: 35-39
