Joe T. Cook and his band played the blues bars and clubs of the Twin Cities for nearly twenty years, touring throughout the region and regular loacl appearances, like their long-standing Sunday evening gig at Famous Dave's in Minneapolis........ Just for the record.......  The 'T' stands for 'the'.........  For years, Joe has kept a day job in the culinary industry in order to make ends meet....... and to bankroll his recording projects. His first, a CD on Blue Loon entitled 'It Ain't So Easy' has received high praise from music critics, and has exposed Joe T. to a whole new audience of blues fans around the world..... a followup CD, "Long Shot" (BLN-039) was released in July 2000. Joe T. Cook relocated to the West Coast in 2002, where he continues to cook up some tasty blues!
