| Kamina is a 17 year old high school student who was born within Tokyo Jupiter. He is dedicated in his beliefs and has an aptitude when it comes to learning. Expressive Mainly through his artwork, Kamina struggles to grasp the sense of reality that has engulfed him. Thoughout the series we watch his character unfold in terms of realizing himself what things really are important in life and how he deals with situations when conflict arises. Kamina has a mysterious link to the giant known as RahXephon. Through analysis of his blood' it appears red,however shows syptoms of MU phase. What that means exactly is described later as the series progresses. At the same time he has a strange tattoo across his stomach and upper chest that is simular to (the later intoduced female Character) Qoun Kisaragi's mark on her stomach. Who and what Kamina really is and his relative importance is a mystery. Yet that is one of the Underlying factors factors of Rahxephon as a series,its indelible questions, Kamina now finds himself fighting against the place he used to call home and has been significantly entrusted with the duty of the world. |
