The journey continues.........

You have a gorgeous golden retriever. Look, there's a picture of her up on the top hand corner of this page. Isn't she just gorgeous. Many of your friends have told you what a wonderful bitch she is, and lots of people have told you that if she ever has puppies, that they definitely want one.

Chickie, as you call her, is not a registered golden retriever, although the person that you bought her off said that he was sure her great grandfather was a champion.

You don't know a lot about breeding dogs. In fact you've never had a litter of puppies before. You do know that Chickie should be at least 2 years old before she is bred, but you're not quite sure what to do next.

You do some research on the internet and you decide that you will leave the breeding up to the experts as there's a high chance it will cost you hundreds of dollars, and there's a chance that you could lose your precious Chickie from complications, especially since you can't afford to take any time off work during the whelping.
