The Hillside High School (Durham, NC) Drumline, better known as Blue Steel has been pleasing crowds and destroying the competition for decades. Living a legacy, the Marching Hornets, continue to dominate on and off the field, always pushing the limits of showstyle drumming while incorporating a strict and difficult corps flavor. This sets the Blue Steel Drumline apart from not only any other line in the state of North Carolina, but as well as the nation.
