PLAT = Platinum ( People who are Dual members, Pays Dues and are Active )

We are happy to have members, We are Very Happy to have Dual Members, or Paying Members, We are Extremly Happy to have Dual Paying Members, and we are Are Exstatic having Dual Paying Members who Are Active. Unfortunately, not everyone can do that. Just do what you are able to do.
