My favorite thing about Linda is her joie de vivre (love of living).

The funniest thing I ever saw Linda do was when she laughed so hard she snorted (I do that too).

My most memorable moment with Linda was when we ran into her and Bob with Sue and Steve --  and Riley, Sugar, and Bear --  two weeks ago.  They were at the end of our street and we stood in the middle of the road, just  hugging each other with gusto and with such  joy.

The moment was especially sweet because we all knew that we'd be celebrating her today and she had no clue.
