Hi there! You must have come here either by pure coincidence - or you want to learn more about geology. It is my hope that you belong to the latter category.
Well, being a geologist myself, I get lots of questions from friends and family members all the time, not to mention the folks I meet through the Internet. So here it is . . . my information pages on the most commonly asked question I get: "What kinda rock is this?"
